Sometimes a disco takes a little longer to release a token. Your payment is safe: we keep checking with the disco and email the token as soon as it is released. It will also appear on your order.
Yes. Choose Postpaid, enter your account or meter number and the amount you want to pay. The payment is credited to your account with the disco.
Every purchase comes with a printable receipt showing the name and address the disco holds for the meter. It includes a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine. Whether it is accepted as proof of address is up to the bank or organisation asking for it.
Regular accounts pay a ₦100 service charge per purchase, Agents pay ₦50 and Dealers pay nothing. Maximum Demand (MD) business accounts pay an additional 0.5% of the amount.
If the disco does not accept the payment, the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.
